The Chocolate Chef
The Chocolate Chef was set up by Cathie and Matt Battersby in Spring 2006 and is based in Aldham, north Essex in our 16th century “chocolate box” cottage. All the chocolates are made in our kitchen using the freshest ingredients with no added preservative
